Привод на четыре колеса, коробка передач автоматическая девятиступенчатая с двумя пакетами сцепления. Формально Mercedes-AMG GT 63 Pro 4Matic+ позиционируют как более пригодную к скоростным заездам на закрытых гоночных трассах машину. По сравнению с обычным AMG GT 63 у него значительно улучшено охлаждение, добавлены радиаторы охлаждения трансмиссии, увеличен подвод воздуха к тормозным механизмам.
В переднем бампере Mercedes-AMG GT 63 Pro 4Matic+ появились дополнительные радиаторные решетки и увеличенные воздухозаборники каналов охлаждения тормозов по сторонам. К основанию бампера прилажен спойлер из непокрытого углепластика, снижающий действующую на переднюю ось на скорости подъемную силу. Мало что более грозное, чем фронтальная часть Mercedes-AMG GT 63 Pro 4Matic+, можно увидеть на дороге в зеркале заднего вида.
К шилду GT 63 на двери багажника добавлено изображение клетчатого черно-белого флага. Максимальная скорость Mercedes-AMG GT 63 Pro 4Matic+ — 317 км/ч, разгон с места до 96 км/ч он выполняет за 3,1 секунды.
